Yvotronics LLC is an engineering firm. We design electronics, write embedded software and build the motion systems that move a product, for people who need all three to work as one.
Why one team
A product with a board, firmware and moving parts has three places to fail and usually three vendors. We put the three disciplines in one room, so a decision in the schematic is made with the firmware and the mechanics in view. It costs less to decide once than to discover later.
The result is a product that someone who has never met us can build, flash and test from the files we hand over.
How we work with you
- A written scope first. Modules, risks, price and schedule before any part is ordered.
- Fixed price per stage. Scope, design, bring-up, iterate, production. Open-ended work is billed by the day.
- Demos, not slides. Working boards and firmware on a call at every milestone.
- Your files, as we go. Schematics, layouts, source and test logs are handed over at every stage.
What we leave to others
We do not write mobile or web apps beyond what a device needs to be set up and updated. We do not run volume manufacturing; we prepare it and support the first batch. We do not take equity in place of fees.
If your project needs one of those, we will say so in the scope and, where we can, name someone good.
